ABOUT DOCUMENT REQUESTS SUCH AS STUDENT CERTIFICATES, TRANSCRIPTS, ETC.

Within the scope of the Savings Measures published in the Official Gazette numbered 31527 on June 30, 2021, in accordance with the principles of maximum savings in line with the purpose of using public resources; savings will be provided in the expenses of our institution, bureaucratic procedures will be reduced and public resources will be used effectively, economically and efficiently.

In this context, the student certificate and transcript documents requested by our students will be provided via E-Government, and the course contents and curriculum will be provided from our faculty website. In addition, for the disciplinary status documents requested for horizontal transfer and requests for documents indicating that there is no obstacle to horizontal transfer, they must apply to cilergencengin@trakya.edu.tr via e-mail.
