ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT OUR STUDENTS' OBJECTIONS TO EXAM RESULTS

1-) Our faculty students must submit their objections to the exam results, if any, by downloading them from our faculty website (in the form form section to be filled out by students) or by filling out the objection form they will obtain from the student affairs department and submitting it to our faculty dean's office within 1 week at the latest from the date the course grade is announced in the automation system by the relevant instructor. Objection petitions that are not submitted on time will not be processed.

2-) Objections to the exam results of ZAİ102 Atatürk's Principles and Revolution History, ZTD102 Turkish Language and ZYD102 Foreign Language courses, whose education and training are conducted by Trakya University Distance Education and Research Center (TUZEM) and whose exams are conducted by the Compulsory Common Service Courses Coordination Office, must be made to our Faculty Dean's Office within the period (1 week from the date the exam results are entered into the automation system and officially announced). Petitions submitted for objections made within the period are sent to the Compulsory Common Service Courses Coordination Office via the EBYS system with a cover letter attached for evaluation. Objection petitions that are not submitted within the period will not be processed. Objection petitions can be downloaded from our faculty's web page or obtained from the student affairs service.

3-) Objections to the exams of university courses outside the field (University Elective Courses) (on condition that they are made within the period) must be made to the Dean's Office of our Faculty with a petition and a cover letter to the relevant unit from which the course is taken.

4-) Objections to the exam results of courses in the category of University Courses Outside the Field and conducted by Trakya University Distance Education and Research Center (TUZEM) (such as career planning etc.) must be made by the students themselves within the legal periods specified in the regulation and to the Trakya University Exam Application and Research Center Directorate (Institutes building).

It is strongly announced that our students should make their objections to the exam results to the relevant units within the legal periods and within the above-mentioned issues.
