EFFECTIVENESS OF EDUCATION TEACHING STAFF WORKSHOP WAS HELD

In order to develop the research competencies of the academic staff working in our faculty, "Trakya University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Educational Effectiveness Academic Staff Workshop" was held on June 21, 2022.

The workshop was held with the participation of department heads, department vice heads or academic staff representing the departments in our faculty and our faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Ayhan GENÇLER.

The findings obtained from the "Trakya University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Educational Effectiveness Student Workshop" held in our faculty on May 27, 2022 and the suggestions made by our academic staff for the determination of the situation and implementation of what should be done were discussed. In this context, the opinions of our staff who participated in the workshop were recorded.

After the workshop, the reports prepared by our Department Heads regarding the changes and revisions planned to be made in the following periods were prepared by the Dean's Office as a workshop final report and shared with our Rectorate.
